Meet Francisca from Brazil. 🤍 Blind and living in extreme poverty, she once couldn’t worship freely because of fear and illness.

After prayer and entering a covenant with Jesus, everything changed. That very night, she worshiped without fear—singing, listening, and rejoicing with her community.

Today, Scripture is being read to her daily, and seeds of faith are taking root. A beautiful picture of God’s liberating love.

Meet Isabel, from Panama. 💛 As a young teenager, she found herself alone, afraid, and fighting to survive while caring for her baby.

Through the love of a local church and a Christ For the City International ministry, Isabel found shelter, support, and hope. She learned new skills, received help caring for her son, and encountered the love of Christ in a way that changed everything.

Today, Isabel is thriving — working, learning, and raising her son with a future full of possibility.

On an Urban Plunge in Omaha, these Hillcrest Academy students didn’t just serve — they listened, prayed, shared the gospel, and discovered what it means to live their faith out loud.

From first-time gospel conversations to seeing prayer and service in a whole new way, God was at work in each of them. And when they went home, the mission didn’t stop.

“We make a difference anywhere we go.”

At just 7 years old, she has already known deep loss. 💔 After losing her mom as a toddler and her dad this year, she came to us shy, fearful, and hurting.

Through our psychology program in Guatemala, she’s learning how to grieve, how to find her voice, and how to be brave again. And in the midst of it all, she’s discovering something even greater—the love of Jesus.

Today, this little girl is choosing hope. She’s embracing Him… even at just seven. 💛
